Job Title: Machine Operator — Wheel Loader / Heavy Equipment Operator

Location: Fulton, MO

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Compensation: $22–$25 per hour

Requirements: Steel-toed boots required

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating wheel loaders and other heavy equipment in a safety-conscious and efficient manner. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers consistent hours and competitive pay.

• Operate wheel loaders and other heavy equipment to move and manage materials safely and efficiently
• Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment
• Load, unload, and transport materials as directed
• Ensure worksite safety and compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job instructions and site safety
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness
• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous experience as a wheel loader or heavy equipment operator preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
• Knowledge of equipment safety protocols and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must wear steel-toed boots during work hours
• Must successfully complete a pre-screening interview
• Must be able to demonstrate equipment operation during onsite observation with supervisor (Rana)
