  University - One University Avenue, Fulton, MO 65251
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 8:30 pm; alternating shifts including weekends 10:00 am to 7:30 pm
• Pay Range: $14.00–$15.00 per hour

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards
• Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
• Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures
• Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

No experience necessary. Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to food safety and customer service are required.
