Overview

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR DINING SERVICES - William Woods University- FULTON, MO is a leadership role with Compass Group USA. The position supports on-campus dining operations at William Woods University, managing a team of associates, developing talent, maintaining client relationships, driving profitability, and supporting financial goals in an assigned area.

• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, high-quality food.
• Implement new culinary programs in coordination with the marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the client.
• Manage, train, and develop associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1 to 3 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
