• Assist Foreman or Supervisor with daily electrical tasks.
• Install various types of raceways (EMT, Rigid, PVC, etc.), ranging from ½" to 4".
• Bend conduit using hand benders, electric benders, hydraulic benders, and hot boxes.
• Install and connect conductors (feeders, branch circuits, and controls).
• Work with electrical equipment, including:
  • MDP, MCC, HV/LV Panel boards
  • Starters, VFDs, Soft Starts, PLCs
• Follow NEC standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

• Minimum 2 years of electrical work experience (industrial or commercial).
• Basic understanding of PLCs, Controls, VFDs, and Soft Starts.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficient in using power tools (drills, saws, wrenches, sockets, etc.).
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and bending for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights and using safety harnesses.
• Must be able to wear PPE (Safety Glasses, Hard Hat, Safety Shoes, Gloves, Respirators, etc.).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills (email, reporting, documentation).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for projects (per diem provided).
• Required:
  
  Two years of Commercial/Industrial Electrical experience and ability to commute or relocate to mid-Missouri before starting.
