Lumix Electrical, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Low Voltage/Fire Alarm Technician to support our growing portfolio of industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire alarm systems, low voltage cabling, and troubleshooting. • Install, program, test, and maintain fire alarm systems per electrical plans and codes.
• Mount and wire devices, including accessing ceilings, crawlspaces, or attics.
• Run low voltage cabling in commercial/industrial environments.
• Perform limited conduit work and drill through concrete when necessary.
• Test and troubleshoot fire alarm systems to ensure code compliance.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and site maps.
• Ensure installations comply with NFPA 70, 72, 101, and other relevant codes.
• Provide excellent customer communication and maintain relationships.
• Travel to project locations as needed.
• Operate lifts safely (boom/scissor) and work at heights as required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fire alarm or low voltage systems.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiar with IP Video, Access Control, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and wireless LANs.
• Experience with CCTV and burglar alarms is a plus.
• Proficiency with blueprint reading and technical layouts.
• Certified to operate aerial lifts; able to work at elevated heights.
• Must own basic tools, PPE, and have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• $26+ per hour based on experience
