When you join our team as a Teacher you will:

• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum tailored to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, state licensing authorities and community partners.

Required

Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organization; ability to multi‑task effectively.
• Meet state‑specific qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to maintain postures for low‑level physical contact with children; see and hear well enough to keep children safe.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
