What you will do as a lead math instructor:
Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group settingAssess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessionsCommunicate student progress with parents and guardiansTeach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practicesBecome proficient with digital educational materials and processesWhat we are looking for in a math instructor:
Passion for math and working with studentsExcellent interpersonal skillsEagerness to learn and be trainedExceptional math competency through at least Algebra IAbility to balance leadership and instructional responsibilitiesAs part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
