A licensed childcare center seeking a School Age Teacher to support our K-5 classrooms.

$15–$18 per hour, based on education and experience. Base pay range: $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in early childhood or elementary education, OR
• Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with 12 credits of early/elementary childhood education, OR
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in early/elementary childhood education.
• Applicable early childhood credentials and experience considered.
• Ability to pass all background checks.
• 21+ years of age;
  Must be able to drive the passenger van.

Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

• Supervise school‑age children and meet their daily physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Drive children to and from school and occasionally on classroom field trips.
• Arrange lesson plans and curriculum weekly in coordination with the monthly theme, meeting developmental needs and SACERS expectations.
• Maintain professional communication with each family member to provide quality care.
• Physically capable of working around small children (sitting, standing, walking, running, climbing stairs).
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs and fulfill all physical requirements.
• Carry out daily classroom responsibilities related to child care.
