Your role as a Co‑Op in the Energy Business Unit will help us make the connections that move the world forward by supporting the Manufacturing Engineering team in improving manufacturing processes, supporting Operations in resolving production issues, and improving yields, quality controls, and process capability.

• Participate in projects related to safety, quality, productivity, and growth.
• Design and coordinate standard engineering tests and experiments.
• Design, procure, and fabricate tooling and fixtures.
• Assist in planning, organization, and conducting all aspects of technical studies.
• Assist in writing Manufacturing Process Instructions.
• Provide engineering support for other departments as required.
• Work on special administrative projects as directed by manager, such as data entry and data analysis.
• Prepare and complete a presentation to the department and for personal portfolio at the end of each work rotation showing project status and achievements.

Have received a High School Diploma or GED.

Are currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a BA/BS Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited college or university or have equivalent work history (students taking a gap year may be considered).

Have previous internship or large project experience (preferred).

Are authorized to work in the U.S.
