Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Specialist located in Fuquay‑Varina, NC, with majority work‑from‑home flexibility. The Outside Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, selling our range of lubrication solutions, Chockfast, maintenance services, conducting on‑site assessments, providing product demonstrations, and generating new business leads. The specialist will also be required to keep up to date with industry trends and company offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of lubrication solutions and maintenance services
- Proficiency in conducting on‑site assessments and providing product demonstrations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Knowledge of the industries we serve (Aerospace, Food & Beverage, Defense, Marine & Offshore, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the maintenance or lubrication industry is a plus
