Customer Service Representative

Ven Tara Hi-Tech Fabrics is an international technical textile company that supplies fabrics for industrial applications such as automotive, medical, mechanical fastening and more. We have offices in South Korea, China, India, Vietnam, Egypt, and Malaysia, which provide support in Research and Development, Manufacturing and Quality control. We then distribute these products to our customer (B2B of which 80% are Fortune 500 companies) in the United States.

We are seeking a professional Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate carries themselves with confidence, warmth, and has a genuine talent for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Full Time Position in Office only; no Remote.

Compensation: $42,500.00 + .5% commission for new sales.

Travel:
Light Domestic Travel Required.

• Provide outstanding, personable customer service to new and existing clients.
• Support sales efforts through friendly outreach, follow-up, and relationship building.
• Meet with clients occasionally at restaurants to discuss business, while representing our company with excellent manners, polite communication, and proper dining etiquette.
• Represent our company with professionalism, and a professional appearance during light domestic travel (occasional 1–2 day trips).
• This person must be highly motivated and self‑started in assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling, multitasking is a must, and detail oriented in a fast‑moving environment and sales support.
• Present a polished, diplomatic, and professional appearance.
• Make sample cards with swatches and send them to customers using UPS, Fed‑ex and DHL. Must be able to compose business letters using positivity in a strategic, tactful, and diplomatic manner.
• Need basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP programming is a plus; at present we use Cie‑trade.
• We will train the right candidate in the textile fabric production process.
