- Supervise and manage flooring installer crews on commercial job sites
- Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA safety regulations
- Must maintain current OSHA 30 certification
- Conduct daily jobsite inspections and address any installation or safety issues
- Clock in and out daily using Buildertrend
- Complete daily reports in Buildertrend, including progress updates, manpower, jobsite issues, and completed work
- Take and upload daily jobsite photos to Buildertrend
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and field personnel to ensure smooth project execution
- Verify materials, equipment, and manpower are available for scheduled work
- Ensure installer crews maintain professionalism and productivity on all job sites
- Identify and communicate any delays, change orders, or field issues immediately
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Attend jobsite meetings as required
- Take job site inventory
