We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to help keep our dealership running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with numbers, paperwork, and accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:- Process and post vehicle sales transactions
- Review sales deals for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized deal files and records
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams
- Assist with reconciliations and month-end tasks
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
- Previous dealership billing or accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software (Dealer Track, CDK, etc. is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
