Team One Chevy of Gadsden is looking for a motivated automotive dealership Assistant Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is a high‑energy individual who is looking for an opportunity to gain experience and learn from a dedicated team of mentors. This position includes identifying problems with automobiles, gathering information about warranties and provisions for service coverage, and drafting orders for repairs to be done.

A self‑starter who maintains a consistent level of outstanding customer satisfaction are must‑have qualities for the Assistant Service Advisor position.

Training to become a Service Advisor will be provided!

• Past experience in customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership of work and multitask in a fast‑paced environment

• Handle customer issues including warranty‑related and escalated issues
• Facilitate and resolve warranty‑related customer issues
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Work with technicians on the field to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Provide technical support and advice to our team of mobile mechanics
