Team One CDJR is seeking an experienced and motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our dealership service advisor team. The ideal candidate is a high‑energy, self‑starter who aims to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction while gaining industry experience and learning from a dedicated team of mentors.

• Greets and consults with customers to interpret their needs and arrange for appropriate service.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters.
• Consults with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work.
• Sells additional needed services.
• Sets and manages expectations for service delivery for both customers and mechanics.
• Continuously updates customers on repair needs and completion times.
• Verifies that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
