• Greeting customers and obtaining all necessary insurance coverage for damaged vehicles
• Consulting with technicians about needed repairs, tear-down and estimates
• Answering customer questions about repairs
• Informing customers about insurance findings
• Overseeing and managing the Body Shop scheduling and workflow
• Informing customers of changes in repair times or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up

• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
• Past experience as a Body Shop estimator, service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant
• Above-average energy level
• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs including CCC Estimating system and Dealer track DMS
