POSITIONSUMMARY
The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality patient care, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves managing staff, optimizing scheduling and billing processes, and collaborating with clinical leadership to support strategic goals. The Practice Manager serves as a key liaison between administrative and clinical teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervise and support front office, clinical, and administrative staff.
- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor billing, collections, and revenue cycle performance.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to implement practice goals.
- Address patient concerns and resolve service issues professionally.
- Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in medical office management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, billing, and compliance.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and practice management software.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a diverse team.
