- Develop accurate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close new business
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates
- Process Evidence of Insurance requests in a timely manner
- Greet all customers promptly and professionally upon entering the office
- Accept and process premium payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support
- Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Who You Are
- Property & Casualty (P
C) Insurance license required - Life and Health Insurance license required or willingness to obtain
- Strong desire to learn, with a coachable and resourceful mindset
- Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
