Aggregates Plant Foreman

Wiregrass Construction Company, Inc. is seeking an Aggregates Plant Foreman. This position is has direct oversight for the work performed by employees at the plant site.

• Assist the Assistant Plant Superintendent in coordinating and overseeing the daily production schedule at the aggregate processing plant.
• Monitor plant performance, equipment functionality, and material flow to ensure efficient and continuous operation.
• Supervise plant personnel, including loader operators, crusher operators, and laborers.
• Support preventative maintenance and troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime.
• Monitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with material specifications.
• Help enforce company safety policies and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Keep accurate records of production, maintenance, and employee activities.
• Provide training and guidance to new employees as needed.
• Act as the lead in the absence of the Quarry Manager and the Assistant Plant Superintendent.

• 3+ years of experience in aggregate plant operations or a related field.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of crushing, screening, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and plant schematics.
• Familiarity with safety regulations (MSHA/OSHA) and commitment to safety.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with plant maintenance and repairs.
• Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and in varying weather conditions, as needed.
• Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.
