• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning
• Monitor and document patient status and progress
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents and their families

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Alabama
• Compassionate and caring attitude with a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Prior experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred, but not required
