** What You’ll Do
** As an
** OPS Guest Services Assistant**, the day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
* Manage reservations, including booking, modifications, and cancellations.
* Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
* Ensure a positive guest experience by providing excellent customer service.
* Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
** Work Schedule :
** Monday – Friday, totaling 25 hours per week
