The Inside Commercial Sales person will sell products and services offered by MARVIN’S to current and new clients. This role focuses on creating positive customer relationships.

• Builds and maintains a network to identify new sales leads.
• Create materials list/estimates.
• Communicates with customers and leads to understand their needs and suggests suitable products and services.
• Demonstrates product functions based on customer needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and resolves post-sale issues.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers about new products and services.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities.
• Works in-store 4.5 days a week and spends half a day visiting job sites.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

• Experience in building construction and product knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.

This hourly position is non-exempt from overtime. Successful sales associates may be considered for other opportunities within the company, but no career progression guarantee is provided. The job description is not exhaustive of all duties.
