We're especially interested in candidates with experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, guest services, retail sales, or other customer-focused businesses . If you're comfortable connecting with people, understanding their needs, and providing attentive, personalized service, your skills could translate into a rewarding career in automotive sales!

Previous automotive sales experience is not required. We provide paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow your career and income.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, personalized buying experience.
• Learn about customers' needs and help them select the right vehicle.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives.
• Build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Follow up with customers and prospective buyers.
• Learn and follow the dealership's sales process to achieve performance goals.
• Work with management and finance to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Restaurant servers, bartenders, hotel staff, guest service professionals, retail sales associates, and other customer-facing professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer relationships.
• A professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
• Confidence in speaking with customers and understanding their needs.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
• Motivated to learn, dependable, and interested in building a successful sales career.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Automotive sales experience is welcome but not required. We're looking for individuals who know how to deliver excellent customer service and are ready to apply those skills in a new career.
