**** What You’ll Do
** This is work performing assistance to a higher-level trades position in building, mechanical systems, electrical or equipment maintenance and operation.  TSC’s Exposure Control Plan (ECP) governs the College’s compliance with OSHA standards and is applicable to all employees who have occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens.

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for:
* Assist higher level trades in various duties. These include assisting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other maintenance trades.  Ceiling tile replacement throughout the campus. Keep track of inventory and cost.  Changing AHU air filters and flushing various strainers throughout the campus. Keep track of inventory and cost.
* Responsible for minor plumbing, HVAC, and lighting assignments throughout the main and secondary campus facilities. Responsible for material cost estimations and purchasing job related material.
* Proficient using laptop/desktop computers, i.e., word processing, internet, and email.

* High school diploma or equivalency diploma.
* One year of commercial painting experience and experience assisting a higher level trades position in building, mechanical or equipment maintenance and operation.
