Position: Tax Staff / Senior / or Mgr - Great Firm!
Description

Growing local CPA firm is seeking a Tax Senior or Manager to join their team. This role will manage and review complex individual and business tax returns, lead client relationships, and support staff development.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations

+ Advise clients on tax planning and compliance

+ Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants

+ Assist with firm process improvements and client growth initiatives

Requirements

Requirements:

+ CPA or Enrolled Agent required/preferred

+ 4+ years public accounting tax experience

+ Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
