• Lead and manage HR projects with a national scope, while implementing site-specific initiatives.
• Act as a strategic business partner, providing guidance on HR-related issues and building strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Collaborate with global partners to optimize headcount costs and support HR business efforts in performance management, salary administration, and succession planning.
• Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Develop and deliver HR communications on various subjects, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare insightful reports to support decision-making.
• Stay informed about industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all HR activities.
• Manage and mentor HR staff, promoting their development and growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years in Human Resources, including 3 years in a managerial role or 1 year as a Lead HR.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required;
  Master's degree preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
• Proficient in US Federal and State employment laws, with strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Travel: 10-20% travel required, with potential additional travel during plant start-up for training.
