Take the Next Step in Your Nursing Career!We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse with strong clinical and leadership skills who enjoys supporting staff, coordinating daily nursing operations, and ensuring the highest standards of resident care.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during assigned shifts.
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality, resident-centered care.
Monitor residents’ conditions and respond promptly to changes in health or medical emergencies.
Ensure accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff.
Assist with staffing coordination and daily departmental needs.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and CMS guidelines.
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Promote a safe, supportive, and professional environment for residents and staff.
Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
