Electrical Consultants, Inc. Develop conceptual, preliminary and final detailed designs for new, upgraded and expanded substations, including material procurement and construction/commissioning support through energization. Deliver physical, electrical, civil and communication design studies, calculations, drawings, exhibits and specifications. Coordinate and oversee designers, drafters and support staff under the mentorship of a Project Engineer. Collaborate with ECI's subject‑matter expert groups such as Distribution Studies, Transmission Studies, Grounding Studies, Protection (relay coordination and settings), Civil Engineering, Communication (SCADA Integration) and Transmission & Distribution Engineering.

• Bachelor of Science or Master’s in Electrical Engineering (design engineering experience a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organization and planning.
• Ability to work in a team; commitment to quality, accuracy and fast‑paced schedules.
• Fundamental knowledge of power engineering principals and applicable codes and standards.
• Commitment toward PE licensure encouraged.
• Subject to client‑mandated drug and background checks; occasional travel/driving required; applicants must not require immigration sponsorship.
