Join us as an Assistant Manager of Hospitality and lead in delivering total customer focus. The role ensures top‑tier customer service procedures are in place at every corner of our stores, leading day‑to‑day operations in the Store Manager’s absence. You’ll manage inventory, preparation, promotion, service, and sales to meet Hospitality and Total Customer Focus standards. Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am

• Back‑up the Store Manager by supporting recruitment, selection, training, and performance management.
• Decide scheduling, including who works and when.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns.
• Ensure staff compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures, and programs.
• Follow up on customer service shop responses, QA audits, secret shops, and SMG surveys.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by overseeing timely transactions, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Verify end‑of‑day tasks are completed.
• Manage shelf stocking with proper placement, pricing, and replenishment.
• Lead profit management by overseeing shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two‑year degree in a business‑related field preferred.
• Successful completion of certification testing as needed.

Experience

• One year supervising others in a fast‑food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

• Serve Safe
• Any other legally required certification
