** Preop/PACU RN**, you'll be a vital part of our perioperative care team, supporting patients before and after surgery.

**** What You’ll Do
***** Assess and educate patients preoperatively
* Monitor and manage post-op recovery, pain, and vital signs
* Administer medications and IVs safely
* Identify and respond to complications with urgency
* Maintain accurate documentation and communication
* Ensure patient readiness, safety, and satisfaction
* Support team goals with a can-do mindset
* Lean in, speak up, and step up, every day# #
**** What You Bring
***** Current Ohio RN license (required)
* Minimum 2 years experience in ICU, ER, Preop, PACU, or Circulating
* Strong decision-making and communication skills
* A proactive, humble, collaborative attitude - no task is beneath you
* Ability to give and receive feedback with professionalism and grace
* Ability to stay calm, clear-headed, and composed when it matters most#
