Rockwood Dry Cleaners is seeking high energy, long term minded individuals to join our team. Rockwood is a family owned and operated company with a great team oriented work environment located in the heart of Gahanna. Brothers Bobby & Justin Rings started the company in 2007 with a mission to provide the highest level of quality accompanied by the best customer service in the business.

We are very involved in the day to day operations working along side our team to accomplish all our goals. We are looking for passion, commitment, and long term mind set. The candidates must be very comfortable with talking to people face to face and over the phone while providing excellent customer service. This is a high pace job where you are on your feet throughout the shift.

We will train you on all of our in store customer service operations.

As a member of our top performing retail team you will work in a retail environment performing duties outlined below:

-waiting on our customers as they pick up and drop of items

-accurately detailing customers items in our computer system.

-answering the telephone and taking care of any customer questions etc.

-assembling/bagging completed orders and putting them in their correct locations.

-cleaning and organizing the store

We are looking for full time, but can accommodate part time. We can create a flexible schedule that fits your needs. Hours range from 9am-7pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays 8am-4pm.
