Overview
As part of the Orkin Commercial sales team, you will leverage our industry-leading pest control brand to provide top‑notch service to commercial customers. With award‑winning training and a commitment to customer satisfaction, you can build trusted relationships and drive revenue.
ResponsibilitiesAs a B2B Outside Sales Representative, you will understand Orkin’s products and services and sell them to a variety of industries. You will:
- Prioritize safety and conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity.
- Use in‑depth training to recommend the best innovative solution for each customer’s needs.
- Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
- Utilize marketing tools and conduct property inspections.
- Prepare sales agreements using company technology and set expectations.
- Estimated first‑year earnings: $65,000 to $120,000 USD (base salary plus uncapped commission)
- Company vehicle with gas card after training is complete.

Qualifications- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role (sales or service preferred).
- Prior experience using CRM software a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license or certification if required.
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
- Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and roofs.
- Wear protective equipment; may require OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Work in various weather conditions.
