Overview

As part of the Orkin Commercial sales team, you will leverage our industry-leading pest control brand to provide top‑notch service to commercial customers. With award‑winning training and a commitment to customer satisfaction, you can build trusted relationships and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

As a B2B Outside Sales Representative, you will understand Orkin’s products and services and sell them to a variety of industries. You will:

  • Prioritize safety and conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity.
  • Use in‑depth training to recommend the best innovative solution for each customer’s needs.
  • Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
  • Utilize marketing tools and conduct property inspections.
  • Prepare sales agreements using company technology and set expectations.

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer‑facing role (sales or service preferred).
  • Prior experience using CRM software a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license or certification if required.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
  • Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and roofs.
  • Wear protective equipment; may require OSHA‑compliant respirator.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
