Carpentry Trainee - Paid Training, Full Time, W2!

Position Details- Location: Columbus, OH
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, start time 6:30 AM
- Role: Installer – Assist in safe and effective installations following company SOPs and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5‑star experience.
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
- Demolish existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
- Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two‑factor authentication.

- Approximate hourly rate: $17–$20 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
