Carpentry Trainee - Paid Training, Full Time, W2!

• Location: Columbus, OH
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, start time 6:30 AM
• Role: Installer – Assist in safe and effective installations following company SOPs and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5‑star experience.

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two‑factor authentication.

• Approximate hourly rate: $17–$20 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
