Construction Foreman

As a Construction Foreman, you will lead a crew of 2–3 team members, coordinate landscape and hardscape projects, and help deliver quality work safely and efficiently. • Lead a crew of 2–3 team members on outdoor construction projects, organizing daily tasks to support teamwork and productivity.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to execute landscape and hardscape designs accurately.
• Oversee hardscape installations and coordinate job site materials, logistics, and task schedules.
• Operate and maintain landscape and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Train and mentor crew members to build their skills and encourage collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and workmanship to maintain quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in winter snow operations to help keep community spaces safe.

• Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate construction equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and train a small crew.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

$21–$25 per hour
