Job Summary Part of a larger team delivering high quality technology solutions to the business. Design, develop and install software solutions. Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development & design standards & best practices. Design, modify, develop, write, implement and troubleshoot software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.

Works within a Waterfall or Agile methodology/framework based team. Collaborates heavily with Project Management, Business Analyst and Infrastructure Job Families.

What you’ll do:

Essential Job Functions & Tasks

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Technology Project Managers, Architects, Business Stakeholders and participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.

Develop and support integrations, upgrades, and administration of one or more enterprise application suites. Diagnose complex production incidents, determine root causes, and implement sustainable corrective solution within SLAs.undefined

Produce and maintain appropriate technical documentation, including application architecture, interfaces, dependencies, support procedures, and solution designs.undefined

Support Business Analysts and business stakeholders with the creation and execution of System Test cases

Build trusting relationships and work collaboratively across IT and Business teams, system integrators, vendors, and job families to accomplish complex goals.

Preferred Requirements:5+ years of enterprise application development and support experience.

Strong SQL Server reporting development and performance tuning skills

Experience with C# and .NET applications

Experience with Entra  (Azure AD), SSO, OAuth, OIDC and SAMLExperience with REST APIs, web services, IIS, certificates, OData, SQL Server Management Studio, Power Shell, and system/database integrations.

Preferred Experience:

Claude, Git Hub, Jira, CI/CD Pipeline, Oracle Web Logic, Automated Testing, APIsDemonstrate critical thinking, urgency, and attention to detail to support real time operations

Experience in the electric utility industry or other regulated environment and understanding of utility business processes.

Experience with application upgrades, migrations and vendor implementations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both end users and technical teams.

Ability to independently manage technical problems and deliver solutions from concept through implementation.

Proven ability to work across vendors and cross-functional teams.
