Job Description:

Asset Tags:

• Reconcile reports and resolve discrepancies
• Review Asset profiles for updates
• Audit interunit transfers for acquisition details accuracy

Construction Capitalization, Closeout, & Reconciliation:

• Review & reconcile closed construction projects
• Assess building components for appropriate addition or removal of costs & assets
• Reconcile construction projects across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Reconcile cash balances on closed projects
• Collaborate frequently with partners from other core offices and departments

Building Review:

• Review current building inventory against multiple systems to ensure alignment
• Identify new building additions or removals

$31.13 - $35.92 /hour

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Preferred:

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with accounting software
• Ability to apply problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and business‑reporting abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills
