Job Description:This position is part of the Sponsored Student Billing team within the University Bursar, located in the Finance & Accounting unit of the CFO Division. This position supports the team by resolving complex payment issues on student and sponsor accounts, monitoring of aging on sponsor accounts, and in assisting the team with processing during peak periods. The incumbent in the position will deliver excellent customer service to students and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
$22.03 - $24.90
Required Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization
Preferred:- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate files, records, and work assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to determine work priorities, assign work and ensure proper completion of work assignments.
- Ability to analyze and interpret accounting data
This position is eligible for Veteran’s preference.
