This is a full time role for someone who knows corporate card programs inside and out and understands how expenses tie back to jobs and projects.

About the Role

You’ll own the company’s corporate card and expense reporting program from start to finish. What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full card lifecycle, including new cards, limit changes, profile updates, and cancellations
  • Reconcile monthly card statements and audit expense reports in the ERP expense module
  • Review spending for missing receipts, incorrect job or account coding, out of policy charges, and potential fraud
  • Train and support cardholders on purchasing rules and expense submission
  • Guide managers through the approval process
  • Work directly with the card issuer to resolve disputes, errors, and account issues
  • Move expense data between the expense and accounts payable modules and handle daily file uploads
  • Build reporting for leadership on card and expense activity
  • Spot process gaps and recommend improvements
What You Bring
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable, expense management, or corporate card administration
  • Working knowledge of job cost accounting (construction experience is a big plus)
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with automated expense reporting tools
  • Sharp attention to detail and solid auditing instincts
  • Comfortable communicating with everyone from field employees to leadership
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
