Maintain and update HRIS and training databases; ensure accurate new-hire data entry.
- Partner with managers to identify training needs, design solutions, and ensure compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.
- Assess recurring performance issues and recommend development plans; coordinate evaluations and disciplinary programs.
- Manage internal and external learning systems, resources, and training budgets for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Align training strategies with organizational goals; evaluate training impact on business performance.
- Develop and deliver training programs, including curriculum design, course objectives, evaluations, and materials (manuals, e-learning, workshops).
- Monitor and report on required training for all positions; maintain training calendars and compliance plans.
- Stay current on training trends and best practices; facilitate management training and "train-the-trainer" programs.
- Provide input on HR policy enhancements; maintain proactive customer service and collaboration across departments.
- Manage training budget, ensure attention to detail, and perform additional duties as assigned.
A bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Management and five years of professional training/development experience.
