Overview
Provides analytical and project management support functions to Supply Chain Services executive leadership and management team. Anticipates the need for and provides data and information relevant to the assigned work area. Enhances operational and financial performance within the department by exercising independent judgment in the identification of key trends, implementation of problem resolution, and providing recommendations. The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to achieve the organizations mission of excellent patient care and Supply Chains vision of providing quality outcomes through exceptional supply chain services.
QualificationsMinimum
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school or equivalent education required, AA or AS degree preferred.
At least 3-5 years of progressive secretarial/administrative experience including project management responsibilities. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications. Basic knowledge of general accounting principles including purchasing and budgeting required. Must demonstrate good technical writing skills, excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision required. Must be able to work both independently and within a team using appropriate CQI tools.
Required to work in an environment where access to and control of confidential information is of a high priority.
