Overview
A skilled staff assistant to support team and operational functions for the strategic communications and administrative teams. Duties will include coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, assisting with budget expense reporting and operational tasks. Assists strategic communications team with diverse projects that support communications planning and rollout, multimedia communications tools and client relations. Provides administrative support by coordinating internal dissemination for newsletters, providing back-up coverage to the administrative team for efficient office operations and handling other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum
Education and Experience Requirements:
Candidate must have high school diploma or equivalent plus 2-3 year of progressively responsible administrative/secretarial experience; or associate's degree and 1year of relevant experience. Experience must include progressive use of personal computer applications, preferably MS Office, including email (Outlook), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet management (Excel). Demonstrate comfort level in learning and using databases and communications software tools such as Word Press or email newsletter platforms.
Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills and adaptability, both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation:
