This is an administrative position in the Office for Academic and Student Affairs at the College of Veterinary Medicine. This position involves managing and implementing the College of Veterinary Medicine Admissions Process. The incumbent is responsible for managing the web-based admissions program and assisting in training new and current admissions committee members in all aspects of the admissions process. The position works closely with the Assistant and Associate Deans in the design and implementation of all admissions processes, from review protocols to interviews to onboarding the new incoming class.
Another essential part of the incumbent’s duties is managing the “My Admissions” system to accept, process, and release applications to the College of Veterinary Medicine. The incumbent serves as the point of contact and primary support for all Admissions Committee members. This position also manages the College of Veterinary Medicine transfer applications.
The position reports directly to the Assistant Dean of Admissions and Student Success.
Masters degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelors degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience.
