Responsibilities:

• Provides high level administrative, operational, and board support to ensure the smooth functioning of organizational governance and internal operations.
• Manages complex scheduling, documentation, compliance tracking, and project coordination while supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Deliver essential operational support across the organization ensuring efficient workflows, accurate documentation, and well-coordinated internal processes.
• Continually evaluate training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed as well as assessing training needs.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and three to four years' administrative or executive support experience
• Masters degree preferred.
• Experience supporting boards, committees or senior leadership preferred
• Any similar combination of education and experience
