As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the services provided to a caseload of clients daily. This responsibility includes interfacing with clients, families and employees to ensure quality service delivery. You will coordinate and ensure the scheduling of client cases on a daily basis, selecting the appropriate caregiver and communicating with the family or client on an ongoing basis regarding staffing.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Assist in the process of interviewing and hiring caregivers and participate in the orientation of new caregivers
- Process payroll for caregivers on a weekly basis
- Anticipate staffing needs and work with the Executive Director and/or Business Manager to ensure that an adequate pool of employees is maintained
- Participate in the on‑call rotation of the agency
- Ability to coordinate many activities at one time
- Solid customer service skills
- Scheduling and data entry experience
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full‑time employment. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
