VP, Organizational Readiness & Change Management

UF Health is seeking a Vice President of Organizational Readiness & Change Management to join our team. They will be responsible for establishing and advancing UF Health's enterprise change leadership capability to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of strategic, operational, clinical, technology, and organizational transformation initiatives. This executive leader partners closely with senior executives, physicians, operational leaders, and enterprise functions to strengthen organizational readiness, align change efforts, and enable successful execution of the system's strategic plan.

Serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, this role provides the vision, governance, tools, coaching, and insights needed to build a change-capable organization while maintaining an enterprise-wide view of change capacity, readiness, and risk. The successful candidate will bring exceptional leadership, influence, and business acumen, with the ability to navigate complexity, build scalable capabilities, and drive measurable organizational outcomes across a highly matrixed academic health system.

Qualifications Education Master 's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a related field.

Experience Ten (10) or more years of progressively responsible experience leading complex organizational transformation and change management initiatives within large, matrixed healthcare or similarly complex organizations, including enterprise-wide operational, clinical, technology, and workforce transformation efforts.

Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders, partnering with physicians and clinical stakeholders, and building organizational change capabilities ensure/Certification/Registration Formal change management training and/or certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or a comparable methodology).Other Qualifications Executive Influence & Leadership Exceptional ability to build credibility, influence senior leaders, and drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups without direct authority.

Strategic & Organizational Acumen Strong understanding of business, operational, clinical, and organizational priorities, with the ability to connect change initiatives to strategic outcomes.

Change Leadership Expertise Deep knowledge of organizational change, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and readiness strategies in complex, evolving environments.

Communication & Relationship Management Outstanding communication, facilitation, conflict-management, and relationship-building skills, coupled with high emotional intelligence and organizational awareness.

Critical Thinking & Decision Making Ability to navigate ambiguity, assess complex organizational dynamics, and translate insights into practical recommendations and actions.

Capability Building & Results Orientation Demonstrated success developing leaders and teams through coaching and mentorship while driving measurable organizational outcomes through pragmatic application of change management methodologies.
