Heavy Equipment Operator

About the Role:

Pinnacle Site Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support our commercial construction projects. This role plays a critical part in site preparation and construction operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with heavy machinery in a commercial construction environment and takes pride in precision, teamwork, and safety.

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders.
• Perform site preparation tasks such as land clearing, grading, trenching, and excavation.
• Conduct routine Централь inspections, maintenance checks, and minor repairs.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe job site.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and crew members to meet project goals and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records related to equipment use, maintenance, and project progress.
• Identify and proactively resolve issues to minimize delays and ensure quality results.

• Minimum of two years of experience operating heavy equipment in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience using GPS or other advanced technology for precision equipment operation strongly preferred.
