Weareseekingan Assistant Project Managerwhowillplayacriticalroleinprojectsuccessbysupportingthe Project Managerthroughoutallphasesofconstruction .Inthisrole,youwillhelpcoordinateprojectactivities,maintainschedulesandbudgets,andbuildstrongrelationshipswithclients,consultants,andtradepartners.
What You Will Do :- Provideassistancetotheprojectmanagerintheprocurement,coordination,andexecutionofconstructionprojects
- Assistinmanagingallaspectsoftheprojectsincludingprofitability,schedule adherence,conformancetospecsanddrawingsandensuringhigh-qualityresultsutilizingprovenprocesses,systems,standards,and guidelines
- Establishandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithclients,consultantsandsubcontractorswiththoroughcommunicationandpreciseplanning
- Contributetotheprocessofwritingandmanagingallcontractswithtradepartners
- Assistinensuringtheprojectscheduleisexecutedeffectivelyandefficiently
- Assistinmonitoringprojectbudgetsandhelpingensureprojectsremainwithinbudget.
- Fosteracollaborativeworkingenvironmentwiththedesignteamandsubcontractorstoensurethetimelyresolutionoffieldissues.
- Bachelor’sdegreeinconstructionmanagement,construction science,engineering,architecture,orrelatedfieldstronglypreferred
- Twoormoreyearsofcommercialconstructionprojectmanagementexperiencerequired.
- Experience with Procore,Bluebeam,orsimilarsoftware
