Location

West CAMPUS Service Center, 1900 SW 34th Street, Gainesville, FL 32608.

Monday - Thursday: 11:45 AM – 5:15 PM

Fridays: 12:45 PM – 6:15 PM

Saturdays: 1 - 2 per month from 8:45 AM – 12:15 PM

Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services, and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.

• Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services, and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations.
• Welcome members, provide routine information about services, and direct members to the appropriate department for specific information and services.
• Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members. Ensure the member's name is used during the transaction and that the work is accurate.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Adheres to and follows all governmental regulations and policies.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 0–1 year of similar or related experience.
• 6 to 12 months of cash handling and/or member service experience.
