Overview
Your Role:
This position involves sales and service responsibilities to assist both current and prospective members with their Credit Union needs. Duties include explaining available services, matching products to members' specific needs, resolving any issues, and processing loan applications. The Member Services team aims to build strong relationships with members, ensuring that CAMPUS becomes their primary financial institution.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with recommendations.
- Provides prompt, accurate, courteous, friendly, and professional service to all members.
- Handles the processing of loan applications for members, reviewing each request to ensure alignment with their financial needs. Identifies other lending products that could enhance their borrowing experience and provide greater financial flexibility.
- Ensures all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to recordkeeping according to CAMPUS' policies and guidelines.
- Assists on teller line processing transactions as needed.
The hours for this position are:
Monday – Thursday: 11:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Fridays: 12:45 PM – 6:15 PM
Saturdays: 1 - 2 per month from 8:45 AM – 12:15 PM at an alternate location
* May be required to assist with coverage at Innovation Square Service Center when necessary
Education- High School Diploma or GED.
- A college degree is a plus.
- 0 - 1 year of general experience.
- 6 months to 1 year of previous Teller and/or customer service experience.

Compensation
$18.46 - $22.12 Hourly
